Analytics
Define the key indicators of marketing and website performance
Why is web analytics important?
You don't know what you don't know. And you can't measure or improve what you don't know. What effect does your email marketing have on your website? How are your banner-ads performing? How are your domains dedicated to print advertising performing? How many visits does it take for a user to convert? Where are visitors dropping off in the conversion process? These are all key indicators of marketing and website performance that can be answered through web analytics.
How does Fuel Interactive provide web analytics?
As a Certified Omniture Implementation Partner, Fuel Interactive has the ability to provide clients with the most robust analytics system for website metrics reporting, at a fraction of the typical cost. We can provide organizations with actionable, real-time intelligence regarding their online strategies and marketing initiatives. With in-depth reports and analysis, we provide organizations a way to quickly identify and understand the most profitable paths through their websites, where visitors are dropping off, what's driving critical success events, and how different segments of visitors interact with the website. Our analytics include:
- OptimumPathTM - Optimum Path technology allows organizations to visualize and understand the flow traffic through their site. Users can choose from several different visualizations including ClickMapTM, Previous and Next Page Flow, Most Popular Pages, Entry and Exit Pages, or Fall Out. Users can also dynamically create their own pathing reports using a "drag and drop" PathFinderTM tool to reveal hidden patterns in visitor behavior.
- Return on Investment Tracking (ROI) - Utilizing Omniture Site Catalyst, we will be able to associate all online reservations back to the referring source that the visitor came from; so we will know to a very defined degree what marketing programs or producing and what is not
- Dashboards - Users can easily create/modify a compilation of multiple reports into their own dashboards by simply clicking on a toolbar icon while they are viewing a report. Dashboards can be bookmarked for quick access or scheduled for regular delivery via email or FTP.
- Allocation and Participation - Allocation and participation is the ability to map success events to the paths that generated the desired result. For example, online retailers can view a heat map overlaid on top of their existing pages highlighting which links lead to the greatest number of orders, revenue, registrations, etc.
- Excel® Integration - Excel Integration's robust API allows users to access all SiteCatalyst data in an Excel environment. Using Excel, users can combined their Web analytics data with operational and financial data, create custom charts and graphs, use pivot tables, or build dynamic forecasting models.
